OOPS. My bad. Attached is the corrected schedule. Rick Calder cannot ref 8 and 
under boys, he can ref 9-10 boys. Also, we have a conflict with 13-14 girls. Can 
anyone contribute a second judge for that event?

We have reserved our diving well from 5:30-7 on Thursday for other pools to 
practice on our boards. In addition, because we are not having a swim meet on 
Saturday, you are welcome to come any time during the day to use the boards. 
Just tell the lifeguards that you are coming in to practice-- they are under 
instructions to let you in.

Does anyone have any guidance about how many people to plan food for at this 
event? We've never done it and are not sure how to gauge the crowd.
