Diveteam Palisades at Potomac Woods

Hi everyone this is Todd, our practice actually starts at 4 30 since we are the visiting team. So all diver should arrive on sunday at Twin Farms no later than 4:15pm!

The next dive meet is away at Potomac Woods on June 22 at 5 pm. The coaches will tell your children when to show up, but I am certain it should be no later than 3:45. That would give 15 minutes for stretching before warm-ups at 4:00 pm. But let's make sure we hear directly from the coaches about what time they want the kids there. 

Potomac Woods is on Dunster Road in Rockville (301-762-7062), just off 270. 

>From I-270, exit at Falls Rd. towards Potomac.

At the third signal, turn LEFT onto Dunster Lane. 

The pool is on the left just before the school.
