<div>I was extremely pleased with Palisades team victory this morning at Divisional's. The divisional team produced numerous top 3 finishes and a hand full of personal bests. <br>

Those that qualified for All stars will continue practice on Monday and Tuesday at the 5:30pm. There will be no 3pm practice.<br>
The all star meet for 12 and under will be on Wednesday at East Gate and the 13 and over will be at Flower Valley on Thursday.<br>
